Production Process
1. Material mixing and extrusion: PVC material is mixed with additives, fillers, etc., and the mixture is extruded into a specific thickness and width through an extruder to form the base layer of the heterogeneous PVC floor.
2. Printing and texturing: Printing and texturing are performed on the base layer to simulate different textures and patterns, such as imitation wood grain, imitation stone grain, etc. This process usually uses printing technology and embossing technology to ensure the visual effect and tactile texture of the floor.
3. Drying and cooling: After printing and texturing, the heterogeneous vinyl floor needs to go through a drying and cooling process to ensure the stability and dimensional accuracy of the floor.
