Constructure
Customized Vinyl Glue Down PVC Plastic Flooring Plank
The customized vinyl PVC plank has four main layers from top to bottom:
UV coating: prevents slipping and makes stain treatment easier. The Vinyl Glue Down PVC Plastic Flooring Plank uses a double-layer coating with high stain resistance and anti-cigarette butt surface treatment
Wear-resistant layer: pure PVC transparent wear-resistant layer covers the printing layer
Color film printing layer: the design pattern of the floor is printed on the white film
Middle layer/base layer: calcium carbonate, PVC, DOTP (harmless zinc calcium plasticizer) mixture is used as the base layer, which meets EU standards, while some manufacturers may use harmful volatile plasticizers DOP (dioctyl phthalate) and DINP (diisononyl phthalate)
Two types of LVT flooring tiles: dryback and self adhesive /glue down as different in installation way.
