1. All wooden floors will change their moisture content with the increase or decrease of environmental humidity or temperature changes, which will affect the shrinkage of the floor. Therefore, the reasonable moisture content of the floor should be maintained just like protecting the skin.
2. The floor usually does not need to be waxed or painted. Never use sandpaper to polish.
3. It is recommended to place a stepping pad at the door to prevent dust particles from being brought in and damaging the floor.
4. Please use household cleaners to clean stains and oil stains on the floor surface. Do not use large amounts of water to clean the floor.
5. In dry areas in the north, you should pay attention to increasing the humidity of the floor surface in winter, mopping the floor with a damp mop, and appropriately increasing the surface humidity, which can effectively solve the gaps and cracks in the floor. If cracks occur in individual locations, please notify the sales unit in time to fill in the parts. After filling, increase the surface humidity appropriately to facilitate floor recovery.
6. Please make sure to close the windows during the rainy season to avoid rain.
7. Please pay attention to the maintenance of indoor facilities such as heating and air conditioning to prevent water from leaking and soaking the floor. If the floor is found to be soaked in water, the water-soaked floor should be removed as soon as possible and dried in a cool place or the sales unit should be notified in time for treatment.
8. At the entrance of the bathroom and kitchen, attention should be paid to timely cleaning of accumulated water.
9. When moving furniture, please do not drag it. It is better to lift it.
