1. There are two ways to install sports flooring:
a. Mobile installation: The sport floors are bonded together with the special connecting tape provided by the manufacturer. The sport floors are not bonded to the floor surface. The PVC vinyl sports floor can be rolled up or removed at will for easy movement.
b. Fixed installation
1) Semi-fixed: Special double-sided tape is used to bond the floors together with the special double-sided tape provided by the manufacturer. At the same time, the sport floors are also bonded together with the ground. This can effectively prevent the floor from moving and opening due to intense exercise, and it is also convenient to move the entire venue in the future if necessary.
2) Partial bonding: Apply 20cm of glue inward on the ground with the edge of the floor as the reference.
3) Full glue bonding: Apply glue to the entire ground to be laid.
2. Sports floor installation steps:
1) The floor must be flat and clean.
2) Before laying, the PVC vinyl sports floor must be spread out and laid flat on the floor for more than 24 hours, and the on-site temperature should not be lower than 15℃.
3) After the floor is restored, 5cm should be left at both ends when cutting. Before pasting, roll up the unfolded floor in reverse about half, then scrape the glue and lay it - starting from the middle - the glue is applied with a toothed scraper.
4) Arrange the sport floors in the order of numbers, align and merge, and pay attention to aligning the field line during the paving process.
5) Turn over the two adjacent sport floors along the joint, put the special connecting belt provided by the manufacturer on the lower side of the joint, brush glue on the surface of the connecting belt, first stick one of the boards to half of the connecting belt, and then stick the other half to the remaining connecting belt, and close the gap.
6) It is recommended to use water-soluble glue that is harmless to the human body for construction. When pasting the vinyl floor, use a cork block to press the floor surface from the middle to both ends to make it flat without leaving bubbles, and roll it flat as thoroughly as possible.
7) After the floor is laid and pasted, grooves and welding are performed. After welding, the welding line should be scraped flat
