Physical properties

- Weight: The weight per square meter is only 2kg-7kg, which can reduce the load-bearing capacity of the building in high-rise buildings.
- Wear resistance: According to the EN660 test method, its wear resistance level can be divided into T, P, M, and F. T-level has the best wear resistance, and the volume loss value is less than 2.0mm³; P-level is between 2.0mm³-4.0mm³, which is suitable for extremely high-traffic commercial places.

Chemical properties

- Volatile content: It should meet relevant environmental protection standards, such as non-foamed glass fiber substrate ≤75g/m², non-foamed other substrates ≤10g/m².
- Vinyl chloride monomer: The content should be ≤5mg/kg.
- Soluble lead content: ≤20mg/m².
- Soluble cadmium content: ≤20mg/m².

Fire resistance

- Combustion performance: The fireproof index can reach B1 level, second only to stone. It will not burn and can prevent the spread of combustion. It will not produce suffocating toxic and harmful gases.

Anti-slip performance

- Anti-slip level: If it reaches R9 level or above, it will become astringent when exposed to water, which can effectively reduce the risk of slipping and is suitable for the flow of personnel in commercial places.

Antibacterial performance

- Antibacterial rate: The antibacterial rate of some high-quality products is > 99%, which can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria and is suitable for places with high hygiene requirements, such as hospitals, food processing plants, etc.

Environmental performance

- Formaldehyde content: It should meet the E1 level or even higher formaldehyde-free standards and is a green and environmentally friendly product.

Stain resistance

- Stain resistance: The surface has been specially treated and has good stain resistance. The stains in daily use are easy to clean and can maintain the beauty of the floor.

Heating dimensional stability

- Stability: The heating dimensional stability test is less than 0.4% in both the horizontal and vertical directions, and the warpage test result is 0mm. It can maintain good dimensional stability under different temperature environments and is not easy to deform.
