Requirements for PVC flooring ground before installation
Requirements for the ground before installing PVC vinyl click-lock floor: leveling work must have been completed.
Ground flatness: 1m long distance slope is less than 3mm. The ground must be completely dry, cured, flat and clean.
The floor can be installed on existing cement floors, tile floors, other flat floors, such as wooden floors, linen floors, PVC floor tiles, etc., but cannot be installed on soft floors, such as carpets.
Construction tools for installing SPC stone plastic lock floor: tape measure, cutting machine, hammer, knock block, glass glue.
SPC stone plastic lock floor installation construction process:
1. Start paving from the corner. Place the tongue side of the board against the wall, leaving a gap of 10mm between the wall and the short side of the board.
2. Align the next board with the short side of the first board at a certain angle. Press the board forward with force and place it flat on the ground. Use the same method to complete the installation of the first row. The last floor should be cut to the appropriate length, leaving a 10mm gap between the wall. Use the remaining boards to start the installation of the next row (at least 300mm longer).
3. Align the tongue edge of the first board of the new row with the groove of the previous row to a certain angle. Press the board forward and lay it flat on the ground.
4. Align the short side of the board with the previous installed board at a certain angle and fold it down. Make sure that the position of this board forms a locked whole with the previous board.
5. Slightly lift the board (together with the previous installed board of the previous row, about 30mm), press it into the previous row and put it down. When the first three rows are installed, adjust the distance between the floor and the wall to 10mm. Continue the installation as above until the end.
SPC PVC Vinyl Floor Installation Construction Points Before Installation:
1. There should be about 10mm expansion joints around the wall, pipes and door frames. For rooms larger than 100 square meters and longer and wider than 10 meters, expansion gaps should be left. A gap of no less than 13 mm should be reserved between the door and the ground, and the door should be opened and closed normally without wearing out the ground.
2. It can be used on cement and tile surfaces or subfloors with moisture penetration, and a moisture-proof mat must be laid underneath.
3. After the product entering the installation site, it should be placed in a ventilated, backlit, and non-humid place. The product must be stored at room temperature without opening the package for at least 48 hours before installation.
4. Always place heavy objects (such as a bundle of boards) at the newly connected place to stabilize it.
5. Reserved height: The lock-type moisture-proof mat is 1mm thick and the floor height is 10.5mm, a total of 11.5mm. Customers should reserve 12mm appropriately according to the contact part of the cork floor with other floors above the finished floor height, especially door pockets, wall corners, radiator covers and other irregular details, which should also be processed.
