Whats LVT Flooring?
The letters of LVT flooring mean Luxury, Vinyl, and Tile. Luxury Vinyl Tile literally means high-grade vinyl floor tiles, and LVT means stone plastic flooring.

The LVT vinyl floor structure has 4 layers from bottom to top:
- Bottom layer, using lime and PVC mixture as the backing

- Wear-resistant layer, pure PVC transparent wear-resistant layer covers the printing layer
- PU protective coating, the wear-resistant layer is cleaned.
Features of LVT vinyl flooring:
1. Green and environmentally friendly: formaldehyde-free
LVT flooring's main raw material is luxury vinyl resin, which is natural and environmentally friendly, 100% free of formaldehyde, lead, benzene, heavy metals and carcinogens, no soluble volatiles, and no radiation.
2. Waterproof, moisture-proof, non-slip, antibacterial and mildew-proof.
Vinyl, the main raw material of LVT, has no affinity for water and will not mold in a humid environment.
The wear-resistant layer has special anti-slip properties and will become astringent when in contact with water, making it difficult to slip. The surface layer will have antibacterial and anti-fouling treatments to inhibit the growth of bacteria. It can be used in most indoor spaces and has a wide range of applicability.
3. Good thermal conductivity, the first choice for floor heating, comfortable and elastic.
LVT vinyl floor has good heat dissipation and thermal conductivity. The LVT floor heating conducts heat evenly and quickly, making it the first choice for floor heating. LVT flooring is known as Luxury for a good reason. The printed layer penetrates through the wear-resistant layer of about 0.5mm. The floor effect is almost the same as the corresponding simulation material. In addition, the wood grain can be three-dimensional and the wear-resistant layer can be increased by concave and convex lines. The stone can be mirrored or roughened according to the material type, showing reflection and material touch respectively. The 0.5mm wear-resistant layer may make some friends question how to ensure durability. According to the most stringent standards of the European Union, commercial use is also 0.55mm wear-resistant layer, and home use is 0.3mm. This wear-resistant layer of about half a millimeter is actually quite wear-resistant.
