LVT floor is mainly divided into three categories: wood grain stone plastic floor, stone grain stone plastic floor and artistic color stone plastic floor. Constructure
100% Waterproof, Kidproof & Petproof Vinyl Flooring
The internal structure of LVT vinyl floor generally includes UV coating layer, wear-resistant layer, color film layer, and LVT mid-base material layer. The mid-base material is generally composed of three layers of LVT. In order to improve the dimensional stability of the floor, it will add glass fiber mesh to the mid-base material layer to reduce the deformation of the floor caused by temperature changes.
The main components of LVT: PVC resin, stone powder, plasticizer, stabilizer, lubricant, modifier, carbon black, etc., among which PVC resin and stone powder are the main ones.
Two types of LVT tiles: dryback and self adhesive as different in installation way.

Production Process
The biggest feature of its production process is the production of each layer of LVT, which are generally processed into sheets with a thickness of 0.8~1.5mm by the "mixing + calendering" method, and then made into the required thickness of the finished floor by assembly and hot pressing.
