Unilin click is an advanced connection technology in SPC flooring plank.

1. Connection method

- Unilin click lock is a mechanical lock system. The edge of the SPC flooring has a specially designed concave and convex structure. The "convex" part of one floor fits precisely with the "concave" part of the adjacent floor, and the SPC floorings are connected through this tight splicing method. This click lock design ensures that the connection between the floors is firm and seamless, just like a puzzle, and the floors form a tight whole after splicing.

1. Ease of installation

- Quick installation: The design of Unilin click lock makes the installation process of SPC flooring simple and efficient. The installer (or even the ordinary consumer himself) only needs to align the locks of the floor and then tap or press the floor to splice it. This simple installation method greatly shortens the installation time. For example, laying in an ordinary family room may save more than half the time compared to traditional installation methods.

- No glue required: No glue is required to install SPC flooring using Unilin lock. This not only avoids the release of harmful chemicals that may be caused by glue and ensures indoor air quality, but also reduces the trouble during installation, such as waiting for the glue to dry, and also avoids problems such as floor damage caused by improper use of glue.

2. Stability and firmness

- Anti-deformation ability: The spliced floor has excellent anti-deformation ability. Because the lock is tightly connected, the floor can withstand greater pressure and weight, and will not easily warp or shift. Even in high-traffic areas such as shopping malls and office corridors, the floor can be kept flat and stable.

3. Enhanced waterproof performance

- Seamless splicing and waterproofing: Unilin click lock SPC flooring is almost seamless after splicing, which greatly improves the waterproof performance. In areas prone to water, such as kitchens and bathrooms, it is difficult for water to penetrate into the lower floor through the gaps between the floor panels, thereby effectively protecting the floor base and the house floor, and preventing floor damage caused by water penetration, such as mold, deformation and other problems.
