1. Positioning measurement

  • Identify the center points of each end wall and connect these points to the center portion of the room by drawing a chalk line.
  • Determine the center of this line and chalk a vertical line through a carpenter's square to connect the two pairs of side walls.

2. Installation of floorboards

  • Once the room is properly measured, you can use these measurements to create a convenient and efficient starting point.
  • After the first row is laid, adjust that row of floorboards into a straight line by using a straight edge or tight rope.
  • After the installation work is completed, check the specific paint quantity of a sufficient number of floorboards.

Notice:
--Appropriate trowels must be used to match the appropriate notches to ensure adequate adhesion.
--Rubber floorboards will not produce raised wrinkles when installed under pressure.
3. Floorboard bonding

  • For ease of installation and maximum application time, pour the adhesive onto the installation floor as quickly as possible and spread it out.
  • lUse the recommended trowel to spread the adhesive while spreading it equally over the adhesive parts.
  • lUse a 50kg roller to roll the floor surface to flatten the voids in the adhesive to ensure complete removal of any remaining air.
  • lRegularly inspect the floorboards to verify that they have good adhesive extension capabilities.

4. Pass
After the floorboards have been rolled, any traffic except where necessary by the installer's caution should be avoided and the adhesive portion should be restricted. The adhesive should be treated with light walking for a full 12 hours. Frequent walking should be avoided within 24 hours. Under normal circumstances, the adhesive takes 48 hours to fully set.
5. Subsequent final application

  • Check that the adhesive adheres to all floors.
  • No access for 12 hours.
  • Frequent walking is prohibited within 24 hours.
  • The passage of heavy equipment or vehicles is prohibited for 72 hours.
  • Protect the paved floor from sunlight, moisture and other construction labor during and after installation by covering it for 1-2 days.
  • During the setting of the adhesive, the recommended temperature (15~30℃) should be maintained.
  • Avoid touching the previously cleaned and finished floor for 72 hours to allow the adhesive to fully set.

Note: When the adhesive has not fully set or the original goo is too thin to completely join the floorboards, it will cause a slight lift at the edge line. In this case, sandbags or heavy objects should be used to press against the raised edges until the adhesive is completely set and has sufficient adhesion.
