1. Construction of base oil
Soak the base oil with a sponge roller, cross it horizontally and vertically on the floor surface in order, and spread it evenly to ensure that there is no water accumulation on the floor surface. Then seal the site and start self-leveling construction after 1-2 hours. If the floor is highly absorbent, it can be added once more to ensure the sealing effect.
2. Self-leveling construction
According to the manufacturer's instructions, pour a certain amount of cold water into the bucket (must be clean water), then pour self-leveling cement into the bucket and stir for 2-3 minutes until there are no lumps. Use a self-leveling scraper to scrape the self-leveling cement poured on the ground in order until it is uniform, and then seal the site. No walking is allowed within 12 hours, and work can only be done after 24 hours.
3. Deflation operation
During the self-leveling operation, another person should do the deflation operation and deflate the self-leveling cement back and forth to make it smoother, more uniform, and free of pores.
4. Laying construction
The rubber floor should be moved to the construction site in advance and allowed to adapt to the site temperature for no less than 24 hours. When laying, it should be laid out first, and attention should be paid to keeping the arrows on the back of the floor in the same direction, and then spliced and cut according to the terrain and design plan.
5. Construction of squeegee and pasting
Turn up the floor in order, clean the site, and scrape the glue. The method of scraping glue on the ground is usually used. Select the appropriate glue and the specified scraping teeth according to the material, and scrape it evenly on the ground in sequence. The drying time is appropriate before pasting. The pasting should be pushed and placed gently in order to discharge the air at the bottom of the floor. Use a 50KG iron pressure roller to roll in order without leaving any omissions. The flanging, warping corners, seams and other phenomena should be repaired in time.
6. Others
After laying, excess glue should be removed in time, and then auxiliary parts should be constructed, such as welds, skirting lines, etc.
7. Operation method
For larger areas, the flow operation method should be adopted. The flow operation should be carried out in a planned and orderly manner. The professional division of labor is clear and the responsibilities are clear, which is conducive to management and ensures quality.
8. Cleaning
Before the construction is completed and put into use, the product protective wax on the surface of the rubber floor should be removed and cleaned before use.
9. Laying quality acceptance
The requirements are as follows: smooth, no damage to the surface, flush seams, horizontal and vertical seam lines, no gaps, no flanging, no corners, no bubbles, consistent along the edge of the wall, smooth and straight arcs on the upper wall, and corner lines. There are no holes, the baseboard height is consistent, flush and firm, there is no glue leakage or degumming, and the welds are flat and firm. In order to ensure the final result of the rubber floor, cross construction with other work should be avoided as much as possible during construction and should be arranged inside the interior decoration The final stages of construction.
