1. Humidity: According to the advice of the glue manufacturer, the moisture content (weight percentage) of the foundation should be less than 3%. In case of weather reasons or external moisture, air circulation should be allowed and surface moisture should be wiped off in time. The air humidity in the construction site should be maintained at 20%-75%.
2. Surface hardness: Use a sharp chisel to quickly cross-cut the surface. There should be no cracks at the intersection.
3. Surface flatness: Check with a 2-meter ruler. The gap should be no more than 2mm.
4. Surface density: The surface must not be too rough or have too many pores. Surface hardening treatment should be performed on slightly sandy floors.
5. Cracks: There must be no cracks wider than 3mm. There should be no hollows in the surface layer.
6. Surface cleanliness: residual substances such as oil, wax, paint, and pigments must be removed.
7. Temperature: The appropriate temperature of the paving site is 15oC.
8. In addition: the horizontal benchmark should be maintained. Building settlement joints should be properly sealed.
9. Recommendation: According to the thickness of the leveling layer and the laying time plan of the rubber floor, the time for construction of the leveling layer and laying of the rubber floor should be no less than 28 days to ensure strength and floor dryness.
